Helping the helpers
I support people in frontline helping professions (therapists, social workers, health workers, teachers, vet techs, child care providers). I am committed to being the therapist I was looking for when I worked in direct crisis work –someone who gets it from lived experience and can support you through the nuances of thriving through the unpredictable and tumultuous nature of frontline work.
Supporting artists
As a movement artist and writer myself, I understand the need for support at various stages of creativity. Whether you are a career artist, a creative soul or an aspiring creative, I can help you attune to your creativity and break free of the emotional and mental issues that block you from moving forward artistically
Animal death doula
I offer therapy for people navigating illness and end of life decisions for your beloved pet. This can be an extremely stressful experience and having an experienced therapist throughout the process can offer the support needed to make difficult decisions, build and carry out a plan that honours your pet as a part of the family and supports you in the grief process.
