Sometimes we long for change, resist change and other times change knocks us off our center.

Therapy with a skilled practitioner can support you to reflect, build resilience, and create spaces of compassion where it is needed for you at this time in your life. Humans are not designed to do this alone, and my approach to therapy includes not only the individual support work in session, but also exploring ways to forge deeper connections to community as you re-attune with your most authentic self.
