Areas of focus

I support people with:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Life Transitions
  • Grief (death, loss, illness)
  • Trauma
  • Identity and self-expression
  • Gender affirming care for trans and gender diverse people
  • Navigating disability
  • Experiences of systemic oppression
  • Navigating relationships, including polyamory and consensual non-monogamy (CNM)
  • Building community and mutual aid networks

Helping the helpers

I have a special focus on folks who work in frontline helping professions (therapists, social workers, health workers, teachers, vet techs, child care providers). I am committed to being the therapist I was looking for when I worked in direct crisis work –someone who gets it from lived experience and can support you through the nuances of thriving through the often unpredictable nature of direct service work.

Supporting artists

As an artist myself, I understand the need for support at various stages of creativity whether or not someone is a career artist, a creative soul or an aspiring creative.

Animal death doula

As an animal lover, I offer therapy to those navigating illness and end of life decisions for your beloved pet. This can be an extremely stressful experience and having an experienced therapist throughout the process can offer the support needed to make difficult decisions, build and carry out a plan that honours your pet as a part of the family and supports you in the grief process.
